1.1. The website “www.bmr.gr” (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) belongs to the company under the name “S. BASAKAROPOULOS, Th. MANTZOURANIS, Th. ROKOFYLLOS G.P.” trading as “BMR Customs Brokers“, having its registered office in Piraeus at No. 63, Dragatsaniou street, registered under TIN EL 999773899 with the 5th Public Revenue Service of Piraeus (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). Our Website offers information regarding the services provided by our Company and our terms of doing business.
1.2. Use of this Website is governed by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using it and make sure that they are fully understood and agreed with. By continuing to browse our Website and make use of the services offered therein, you unreservedly consent to and accept these terms and our terms of doing business. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from further using it and concluding any transaction through the Website.

Our Website makes use of the information that you provide to us voluntarily and with your express approval by sending a message to the above email adress in order for the Company to contact you regarding (i) confirmation and customer identification if you wish to do business with the Company; (ii) receipt of gifts via promotional activities, provided that you have previously given your consent to participate as above. Disclosure on your part of your personal data means that you unreservedly provide your express consent to their use by the Company for the above purposes. The requested information is entirely voluntary and you may refuse to provide it. Please note that in case of refusal our Company shall not be able to respond to your request and shall not bear any such responsibility.
